Anna carried out an inspection and predictive rating which was invaluable and conducted to the same standards of a food hygiene inspection, a bit like an MOT for the kitchen. This ensured we have the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen practice. I would definitely recommend her training company and the kitchen inspection in particular.
